In this 8-week painting course, we will learn how to make an accurate drawing, after which we will have fun abstracting these beautiful animals and painting them in a free, whimsical way. After the first painting ‘Kid and Duckling’, you can bring a photo of your pet and paint a personalized pet portrait in the same style.
If time allows, we will paint a third painting, “The Cosmic Rabbit”.
With each 2-hour class, we will continue our learning journey, while always going back to the fundamentals.
Always observe values and contrast, and before you know it, you will look back and you will be impressed with your newly acquired skills!
